1、 After receiving the Neoprene, it is necessary to take them back from the freight company in time and spread them out unevenly after arriving at the factory.

2、 Before cutting the Neoprene, spread it out and lay it flat on the base plate or cutting bed plate. Generally, it needs to be recovered for 12 hours before production.

3、 When cutting with the knife die, do not stack the Neoprene cloth too thick. If it is too thick, it will deform. 2 mm thick materials are generally placed around 5-6 sheets.

4、 The rubber base plate of the cutting machine should be replaced in time. If it is pressed too deep, the size of the Neoprene will be different.

5、 The cutting die should be standard. Customers with high requirements can be replaced by ordinary iron knife mold into laser knife mold.

6、 Pay attention to the direction of the material when placing the tool die. If the finished products have elastic direction requirements, we must pay attention to making samples for customers to confirm before mass production, so as to avoid unnecessary loss caused by batch errors.

7、 The opening personnel of the Neoprene must carry out the operation and production of the material according to the actual situation!
